Terms
Junctura operates programmes between named companies under signed programme agreements. The public site is informational; nothing on it is an offer of financing, and all figures shown are illustrative. The terms that bind a member are the ones in their programme agreement.
Privacy
We collect what a programme needs to run — company details, authorised users, and the trade records members put on the platform — and nothing for resale. A member only ever sees its own neighbours in a chain: who it sells to and who it buys from. Everyone further away, including their prices, stays private.
Security
Every approval and payment is written once and never edited; that append-only record is what members and funders rely on. Access is per-seat and invite-only. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, write to us and we will respond within one working day.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong with a programme, a payment, or how you were treated, write to the desk with your company name and the trade in question. Complaints are acknowledged within one working day and answered by a person, not a queue.
